Sara Schaeffner, Principal
Sara Schaeffner is an experienced businesswoman, master problem solver, and entrepreneur.
A seasoned executive with experience across multiple industries, Sara is focused on leading her companies to achieve year-over-year improvements in revenue, profit, and employee and customer satisfaction.
Sara's current and previous roles include:
· Owner and CEO of three print production and framing companies
· CEO of a large B2C service provider in Greater Denver
· CEO of a chemical (baking soda) manufacturer with annual revenues of $55M
· VP, Transformation for a managed services start-up
· Managing Director, Corp Dev and Strategy, for a $1.5BN division in the IT sector
· COO of a $90MM Consulting Group
Sara received a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from the University of Vermont, and a dual-degree MBA from Cornell University and Queen’s University. Ms. Schaeffner lives in Arvada, Colorado with her husband, two sons, dogs, cat, and hedgehog.
